90 days or more before the event: The buyer registration fee is fully refundable upon written request.

Between 45 and 89 days before the event: The registration fee is non-refundable. The registrant may either transfer the registration to the PandaJourney Beijing 2027 or substitute another attendee in their place, both at no additional cost.

Within 44 days before the event: Cancellation or No-Show will incur a processing fee of USD 500. Alternatively, the registrant may arrange for a one-time attendee substitution at no extra charge.
FAM TRIP & STAY DISCOUNT
As part of PandaJourney, discover one of the many inspiring experiences China has to offer through our curated pre- and post-tours. All Pre & Post Tours promoted through the official PandaJourney Shenzhen 2027 Pre & Post Tour Programme are offered either at a discounted rate to registered PandaJourney Buyers and Press.
All PandaJourney Shenzhen 2027 delegates must be in Shenzhen by 16:00 on 1 March 2027, and may depart at any time from 23:00 on 4 March 2027 onwards. It is the joint responsibility of both the host supplier and the guest to ensure that Pre & Post Tour arrangements comply with these dates.
PandaJourney accepts no responsibility or liability for any arrangements related to Pre & Post Tours, including but not limited to organisation, travel, payments, or any matters arising from participation in a Pre & Post Tour.
