Pre-Travel Essentials
Buyers are responsible for booking their own flights to Beijing. You may arrive at either:
• Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), which handles the majority of international and long-haul flights, as well as extensive domestic routes.
• Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX), a newer hub primarily serving both domestic and select international routes.
China is increasingly cashless:

Alipay International is the most convenient method for foreign visitors and allows you to link international Visa/Mastercard cards.

Alipay+ Alliance: Travelers from select countries/regions (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Philippines, etc.) can use their home e-wallets such as Touch ‘n Go, TrueMoney, or Kakao Pay directly in China.

Credit Cards: While major international hotels and some luxury retailers accept Visa/Mastercard, smaller businesses may not. We strongly recommend setting up Alipay to avoid inconvenience.

All PandaJourney Beijing 2026 delegates must be in Beijing by 17:00 on 16 March 2026, and may depart at any time from 23:00 on 19 March 2026 onwards. It is the joint responsibility of both the host supplier and the guest to ensure that Pre & Post Tour arrangements comply with these dates.
